They’ve even branched out internationally, opening their first store in Bugis Junction, Singapore, in 2023.
Fore Coffee’s concept beautifully blends local ingredients with modern flavor innovation, creating a menu that feels both familiar and exciting. Among their many drinks, two stood out during my experience:
🌟 Butterscotch Sea Salt Latte – A unique combination of Indonesian palm sugar, smooth butterscotch, and a touch of sea salt foam. It has a distinct, rich sweetness that's bold but not overwhelming. I tried this one myself and found the taste pretty unique—it balances between buttery notes and a cozy, caramelly finish.
🌿 Classic Coffee Latte – Sometimes, you just want something simple. I also gave this one a go, and even though it’s more straightforward than the butterscotch, the smooth, comforting texture and clean coffee flavor made it just as satisfying.
Both drinks had their own character—while the butterscotch stood out with its creativity, the latte offered that warm, familiar hug in a cup. I appreciated that neither of them was overly sweet, which made the experience feel well-balanced and enjoyable.
